Every client will receive a free fitness evaluation; which will include a body comp test ( how much body fat to lean mass you have), body measurements, and some form of strength test (type of test used will depend on each individual case), and we will talk about goals and design a work out around the goals determined.
The basic session are strictly a work out, no frills. I will still put you through a great session though and we will talk about nutrition and how it can help you reach your goals.
The specialist sessions are the work out plus an eating plan. I will take the information that I gather in your fitness evaluation and determine what your Basal Metabolic Rate is( that is how many calories your body burns with out being active )and from there depending on goals we will set up a menu guide line. this will be provided for you at you second session.
With the youth's I will provide them with a work out and we will talk about nutrition and how it can help them reach there goals.
